Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Wigsco Online refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for UK purchases. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Conditions 

  • Customers must notify Wigsco Online by email within 14 days of the invoice date
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the notification date
  • Items must be in the same condition as when they were received
  • All parts of the returns form must be completed
  • Wigsco Online may charge an administration fee for late, damaged, or incorrectly packaged returns
  • Refunds are issued using the original method of payment

Refund Conditions

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

Shipping returns

To return your product, fill in a Wigsco Online returns form and mail your product to: Wigsco Online 539 Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH9 2AP UK.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you purchased your item with free shipping, any returns will incur a £15.00 postal charge in UK and the Rest of the World will incur a £30.00 postal charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DELIVERY

Wigsco Online will make every effort to despatch goods on the date requested we the seller shall not accept liability for any delay in the delivery of such goods.

Delivery times will be quoted in good faith and we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.

Courier services may offer a timed delivery service, we cannot offer guarantee of these services nor can we guarantee any request that they deliver after a set time (such as after 6am). Delivery times may vary from standard business hours.

Please note that in some circumstances the delivery surcharge may need to be increased for large and or bulky items in the United Kingdom or Worldwide.

Any delivery instructions from the customer to the nominated courier, we will not be held responsible if these are not met. Where a customer’s delivery instruction is to leave a parcel in a nominated location or ‘safe place’, neither we or the courier will be held responsible for the parcel or its contents after the parcel has been left as requested.

We will use our preferred courier as default to deliver goods.

International Shipping

We are committed to providing an excellent delivery service to our customers who reside outside of the United Kingdom, however, please note that any orders that are despatched to destinations outside of the U.K. will be subject to tax and import duties, which would be charged upon receipt of delivery. The buyer is responsible for paying any tax or import duties applied to their delivered parcel.

Delivered-at-place (DAP)

We will use the Delivered-at-place method to deliver goods, meaning that the buyer is responsible to pay all costs and suffer any potential losses of moving goods sold to a specific location.

Wigsco Online will make every effort to support customers in these instances, ultimately it will be their responsibility.

Out Of Stock Items

If an item on your order is currently out of stock, we will contact you via email to let you know. However, we are able to place the out-of-stock item on “backorder” for you.

Discrete Delivery Method

All orders sent with the courier company the packaging will not have any advertising our name or the contents.

Mainland UK and Northern Ireland

Courier

We will use our preferred courier service whenever possible as our mainland UK and Northern Ireland delivery service. This service will be a trackable service where you will receive an email stating an hour’s window on the day your order is due to be delivered. All packages need to be signed for. If you know you won’t be available to sign for your order on the day of delivery, please add special delivery instructions when placing your order i.e. If not in, deliver to no 3 etc. We are able to pass these instructions to the courier who will make sure it is delivered or left safe for you. If you miss your delivery, our courier will post a card through your door asking you to contact them directly to rearrange delivery.

Republic of Ireland / Channel Islands / Worldwide

If you are a Republic of Ireland/Channel Islands/international customer, we will usually use DHL for our deliveries. DHL is a trackable service and usually take between 2-3 working days to arrive. If you know you won’t be available to sign for your order on the day of delivery, please add special delivery instructions when placing your order i.e. If not in, deliver to no 3 etc. We are able to pass these instructions to DHL who will make sure it is delivered or left safe for you. If you miss your delivery, DHL will post a card through your door asking you to contact them directly to rearrange delivery.

RETURNS (UK purchases only)

We will accept returns of unwanted goods purchased via our website under the following conditions:

If you receive your order and you are not happy with your purchase you must inform us within 14 days of the invoice date and then you have 14 days to return the item(s) to us.  All goods must be returned in the same condition as supplied with all parts of the returns form completed.

We cannot accept any returns that are made by special order, custom made or pre-styled/personalised.

Please email us ([email protected]) before returning your goods with an explanation for returning the purchased items. We will then reply to confirm if item can be returned.

Internet/Online Returns

All orders from outside the United Kingdom i.e. European and Worldwide countries are non-returnable.

We reserve the right to reject any returned goods or charge an administration fee for any late or damaged returns, incorrectly packaged goods or goods returned in an unsellable condition from United Kingdom customers.

Any orders from outside of the UK may be subject to local tax and import duties. These will be charged when the delivery reaches you, and you will be responsible for the payment.

The buyer is responsible for returning any goods back to us including the cost(s) of postage.

Please allow 3-7 working days for your return to be processed and a further 3-7 working days for your refund to be received. During busier times returns may take longer to process.

Monies will be refunded using the original method of payment. 

If you return your whole order, we will provide a refund for the whole order including the postage & packaging cost paid at point of sale. If you keep any item from your order, we will only provide a refund for the item(s) that you return to us.

Due to health and safety regulations, we may not be able to accept returns (subject to our discretion) of certain products if the packaging has been opened. Please contact us for more information.

Please check all goods on arrival after purchasing. Wigsco Online must receive notification within 48 HOURS of the invoice date of any damage to/or shortage concerning any consignment or if the item is faulty.
